Hatch was formed in early 2004 by two people with a passion for organisation and who between them had some 30+ years’ of experience in producing corporate events.

The MD, Kristine Fleet, had worked for nearly 8 years prior to this for a major sporting goods manufacturer where her role as PA to the CEO involved organising international conferences and corporate hospitality at the prestigious Wimbledon Championships.

This role gave her a valuable grounding in what discerning customers seek from event organisers and from this Hatch was born.

The ethos of the company is to provide outstanding events which exceed client expectation and remain within budget. The staff are steeped in personal service and approach each event as highly individual.

This, combined with the strict code of limiting the number of events being organised at any one time, ensures that clients always enjoy individual attention.
